Shipping & Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

1. you can notify us by email to craig@pdccustom.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or

2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.

2. You can't return goods you have ordered from us for any reason. This is Due to the Custom Nature of our Products. We will However work with you to modify or make changes you need done to a product.


Due to new developments (enforcements) caused by the State Department shipments out of the USA will be delayed until all paper work is finished. According to ATF, Import Export Laws, and USPS we didn’t need this special licenses to make gun stocks or special permits to ship out of the States. We have found out this is wrong and has been brought to our attention, we do need this permit to even make stocks in the USA since it is possible for them to leave the USA. We will have to raise the price to ship stocks out of Country to help cover the very high priced exporting fees that will be encountered. The good thing is this is per shipment not per item. We will be working with distributors around the world to keep costs low shipping multiple stocks within one shipment. If you or someone you know thinks this is something you would like to get into let us know. Other pricing is yet to follow since we are still trying to determine how to absorb some of this cost and keep the price low for you the customer.
